1. Agreement to Terms

By installing, accessing, or using the FocusShield Chrome extension ("Service", "Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not install or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FocusShield is a workspace productivity tool. It allows users to block access to specific websites, set recurring block schedules, and view browsing analytics locally. We offer a Free Plan with standard website block limitations (maximum 2 websites) and a Premium Pro Plan with unlimited features and secure cloud synchronization.

3. Accounts & Licensing

To use certain features like cloud synchronization, you must register a FocusShield account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Extension in accordance with these Terms.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

Pro licenses are billed on a recurring monthly or yearly subscription basis, or as a single lifetime charge. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. Payments are processed securely via our merchant of record, Paddle. You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account page or by contacting support.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or bypass any limitations set inside the Extension code. Any attempt to abuse the cloud storage database, inject malicious payloads, or disrupt our servers will result in immediate account termination without refund.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind. FocusShield does not warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements, will be uninterrupted, or error-free. You block websites at your own discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FocusShield, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of FocusShield after updates constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
