Refund Policy
1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with FocusShield Pro. If you find that the Extension does not meet your productivity requirements, we offer a full 14-day money-back guarantee for all monthly and yearly subscription plans.
2. Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request within 14 calendar days of your initial subscription purchase date. Refund requests submitted after 14 days will not be eligible for a refund, but your subscription will remain active until the end of your billing cycle and will not renew.
3. Exceptions to Refund Policy
Refunds are not available for:
- Subsequent renewal charges (you must cancel your subscription before your renewal date to avoid charges).
- Lifetime license purchases after 14 days.
- Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., database abuse or reverse-engineering attempts).
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please send an email to support@focusshield.app with the following details:
- Your FocusShield account email address.
- Your Paddle transaction reference ID or purchase invoice receipt.
- A brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund (your feedback helps us improve the tool!).
We process all valid refund requests within 3 to 5 business days. Once processed, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method.
5. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account dashboard or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, your subscription will not renew, and you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your active billing period.
