1. 7-Day Trial on Yearly Plan

We offer a 7-day free trial on our yearly subscription plan. You can cancel your subscription at any time during the trial period, and you will not be charged.

2. Lifetime Plan Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for our Lifetime Plan (one-time payment). If you are unsatisfied with your Lifetime purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase date by contacting support. Once a refund is issued, your lifetime access to Pro features and cloud synchronization will be deactivated.

3. No Refunds on Subscriptions

Once you are charged and your active subscription billing cycle begins (upon purchase of a monthly plan or after the 7-day trial of a yearly plan ends), all payments are non-refundable. FocusShield does not offer refunds, partial refunds, or prorated credits for any subscription plans. All sales are final.

4. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your subscription will not renew, and you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your active billing period.
